The longest Rhino-Rack crossbars we offer are 71 inches. I spoke with my contact at Rhino-Rack and they told me the longest Aero crossbar they offer is 71 inches.

The 71 inch Aero crossbars we carry are the Vortex. These crossbars have Vortex strips in the top C-channel to reduce wind drag and noise. The channel will work with several carriers and accessories, or the bars will work with wrap-around carriers and accessories. These work with Rhino-Rack legs manufactured 2014 and later and custom fit kit (sold separately) to create a complete roof-rack system.

For a 71 inch Vortex Aero crossbar in matte black, you would order part # RRVA180B-2. If you prefer silver you would need part # RRVA180S-2.
