For a 5th wheel trailer hitch that will fit directly into the factory prep package on your 2014 Dodge Ram, you have a few options. You can use B&W hitch # BWRVK3600. It is rated for 25,000 pounds so it can handle your 10K trailer without issues.

One person can remove the hitch. You will need to first remove the head from the base and then remove the base. The whole hitch would be too heavy for one person. Unless that one person is Magnús Ver Magnusson. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.

Another option is Reese hitch # RP30918. It is rated for 20,000 pounds, still more than enough for your trailer. Again you would want to first remove the head and then the base since the whole hitch would be very heavy. I have linked a video on this hitch as well.

Next, you have some options from Curt:

16K, # C16520-16021
20K, # C16530-16021
24K, # C16545-16021

Again you are looking at removing the head first then the base. If your truck is a short bed then you may also need to use a Sidewinder replacement pin box on the trailer to be able to make tight turns without the trailer colliding with the truck cab. (Warning, Sidewinders cannot be used on the Curt hitches.)

A Sidewinder replaces the pin box on the trailer and moves the pivot point of the trailer back 22 inches for greater clearance when turning. There are Sidewinders only for certain pin boxes so I have included a link to our Sidewinder help article. There is a chart at the bottom of that help article that shows which Sidewinders fit a given pin box(es). The pin box manufacturer and model number should be on a plate or sticker on the pin box.
