The jam nut fit perfectly. The bottle next to it is my insurance to keep it from vibrateing off again- ie lock tight that will let me take it off if needed.

Based on the pictures I was able to pull up of the wheel covers on the 2001 Holiday Rambler motorhomes these do appear to be the same but it's difficult to say for sure without knowing exactly what model liners were installed. The Replacement Jam Nut # WM9072F that you referenced does look similar to the jam nuts that you are currently using to secure your Wheel Masters cover. To determine if they will fit your application though you need to measure your bolt size. This jam nut has 32 mm dimensions so your bolt needs to match for a fit. If you happen to have the 19F0J wheel liners then you need part # WM9073 instead.
