Wheel Liner Installation

Namsco Wheel Liners include mounting hardware that is specific for each application.

Place the front Wheel Liner directly over the front wheel, aligning the hand holes.
Tighten the 4 jam nuts onto the wheel studs.
Place the rear liner directly over the rear wheel.
Tighten the 4 jam nuts onto the studs.

Which Namsco Wheel Liner Covers Can fit 22-1/2 inch Wheel with 10 Lug Bolt Pattern
We have wheel covers that could fit but it depends on the amount of hand holes your current wheels have which is correct. Part # NA228H52J is for if you have 5 hand holes per wheel, part # NA228H20J is for if you have 2 hand holes, and part # NA228EM0 is for if you have 10 hand holes.

Wheel Covers that Could Fit 2021 Fleetwood 35P
It depends on the width of your wheels on your 2021 Fleetwood 35P. If you have 6-3/4 inch wide wheels the liners you'd want is the Namsco Wheel Liners # NA226H40N or if the width is 8-1/4 inch you'd want the part # NA228H20J. At this time we do not have a way to look up the width of your current wheels.

According to my research your 2001 Rexhaul RoseAir 36-foot motorhome is a diesel pusher RV with 10-lug, 22-1/2-inch front wheels. The Replacement Namsco Wheel Cover # NA719581 that you referenced are 8-lug types for 19-1/2-inch wheels. We do offer 10-lug 22-1/2-inch front-rear wheel liners, such as # NA228EM0 for hub-piloted duallys (with 10 hand holds), part # NA228H52J (with 5 hand-holds) and part # NA228H20J (2 hand holds) all of which fit 22-1/2 x 8-1/4-inch wheels.

I have two options that will work for your 2004 Itasca Suncruser 38R. We're not going to have a matching set to the original ones you have on your RV and we don't sell them individually so you'll need to replace all four. I have listed both options below: Namsco Wheel Liners item # NA228EM0 Namsco Wheel Liners item # NA228H20J I recommend going with item # NA228H20J as they are closer to the original style that came on your RV and they're a less expensive option.
