Throw this storage cover over your R-Pod trailer to protect it from rain and snow while you're storing it in between camping trips. The cover secures with the integrated straps and adjustable tension panels so it won't flap in the wind.
Features:
Specs:
You're worried about your R-pod trailer getting wet and dirty in storage before your next camping trip. Whether you're storing your trailer in the rainy northwest, snowy north, or humid south, this weather-resistant cover is designed for use in extremely wet climates so your trailer will be protected. When you keep your trailer covered, you are less likely to need to wash and wax it in between trips. And if you want to trade your trailer in for a newer model later down the road, this cover will help maintain that resale value.
The 3-ply PolyPro top panel has moisture-wicking technology that vents condensation away to reduce moisture buildup that can damage your trailer over time. It also beads water when it rains to stop it from pooling or freezing, which eliminate the black streaks and corrosion you tend to see on the sides and roof of your trailer. And when the rain stops, the fabric dries quickly in mild sunlight to minimize the development of mold and mildew.
How to Measure Your R-Pod Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your trailer from the very front to the rear bumper, making sure you're accounting for the trailer tongue as well as any propane tanks or battery boxes you might have in the front. However, you can still use this cover if the main body of your trailer measures 17'. Your tongue-mounted accessories just won't be covered.
Then measure the overall height from the ground to the top of your trailer. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover to Your Trailer
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your trailer, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. When you're putting the cover on your RV, the brand logo should be positioned at the front of your rig.
Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your trailer to remove any excess slack in the material. Adjust the tension panels on the front and rear of the cover with the cinch straps until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your trailer. Then toss the weighted straps underneath your trailer to the other side and buckle them together, which keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job. The tension panels will help reduce the stress on the cover while you're tightening the straps.
And if you still need to winterize, you can use the zippered panel on the passenger's side to easily access the interior of your trailer without having to completely remove the cover.

This cover seems well constructed and fairly easy to put on the trailer. However, it wasn't folded to apply the way the instructions stated. As well, the instructions say to get on top of the trailer, which we aren't able to do. My suggestion is to change the instructions. It took two of us -- we spread out the cover, then on each side walked the cover back and over. Doing it that way wasn't too hard. Suggest putting pool noodle sections on the trailer parts that are pointy and stick out. Glad we got it!

We love it! Its great. Fairly easy to put on and keeps the trailer clean during all our winter weather!
I really liked this product. I was replacing an older cover that lasted about 4 years. This cover is a better quality and construction, and it looks like it will protect my travel trailer well. Also, I received the cover very quickly after ordering it. I recommend etrailer.com for their service and the quality of their products.

After a year of continuous use, I am still very happy with the product. There are no holes or apparent wear and tear. Looks like this product will last for a number of years. I have the camper parked outside, and this cover provides great protection from the sun, dirt and leaves. I’m very happy with the product.
We used the cover on our trailer in NE Ohio. The trailer is stored at a nearby storage lot. We are very happy with the condition of the cover. It made it through the winter in good condition without any rips or tears. The straps kept the cover in place nicely.
Just wanted to report that this item fits our 2017.5 Rpod 180 perfectly. Ours has the awning, A/C, and antenna. Installed it last night with a ladder and 2 people, it might be tough to do it without both. Quality appears very good and it was nice to note 2 small vents at the sides/top.
As usual, speedy shipping and great service from etrailer.
Cover fits great and is easy to use. A great product.
I like that it fits my RP179 perfectly. It's not difficult to put on the trailer, even by myself. I do need a ladder and I use an extension pole I created to lift the cover over the A/C unit and the TV antenna.
I'm not fond of the door access panel. There are two zippers (one on each side of the door) and they run all the way to the top of the cover (that is to say, to the top of the trailer). I'm not that tall. If the zippers are not taken to the top, the panel gets in the way of opening the door. So either a ladder is called for, I have to maneuver my extension pole, or I've tried to use a string arrangement I've devised to "pulley" the zippers to the top.
So:
1. It fits perfectly
2. Door access panel is difficult at best.

My original review stands as stated. However, I ripped the cover in a couple of places in the process of putting it on last month. They weren’t significant rips, but I was surprised at how easily it happened. So my assessment is that the material is on the “thin & brittle” side. It would also be nice if the cover was roomy enough to extend the slide-out, but that might be asking too much.
George/Carol: wanted to send in my feedback on Classic Accessories PolyPro III RV Cover, Order# 108624350, purchased Nov.2019. The Cover did not hold up for 2 years. Actually only one year; top of cover has disintegrated and the sides have shredded off in Arizona. Does not handle sun and heat well. Will not purchase again. Am researching for a better quality built cover.

A terrific product that we're using it during the winter months. It fit as promised and allows for easy access to the trailer and storage compartments while covered. The cover is lightweight yet good protection for our rPod plus it's easy for my wife and I to install. eTrailer made it easy to buy. It arrived on time and we are very pleased!

No problems, weve gotten to be quite good at install/removal. Fits great, no signs of deterioration. Well worth the money!
Hello, I like the trailer cover we ordered with one suggestion. On the upper rear corner on the left side of the R-pod 179 is a small drain channel that extends outward at a 45deg angle. I think a small dart or extra fabric in this area would be better. I have placed a foam tube over this drain to protect the side fabric. Cheers Craig

Very good, satisfied with product.
It fits a little snug but it’s covered. I couldn’t find a cover anywhere for my Winnie Drop. I would recommend this cover.
Very happy with fit…

Fits like a glove …very nice
The cover fits my trailer perfectly and looks great. It also feels durable, and they guarantee it for 3 years. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend this cover to others.
I like doing business with etrailer.com--efficient, helpful suggestions and answers to questions,, and friendly. I can't speak to the quality of the PolyPRO 3 R-Pod trailer cover as I just received it and have not had a chance to use it yet. Will update this review after a year.

It is still performing great. No problems. Fits great.
Love my new cover for my rPod. Fits perfectly!
Should have done this a long time ago.
Thank you!
The cover is not of good quality after the first 2 months it fell apart the top became almost like a cheap paper towel shredded and blew across the yard it has a three year warranty so classic cover sent me new one thought maybe that was just a bad one but the second one done the same thing after 2 months now waiting on a third one but there out of stock so it will be sometime in May before it is in stock and shipped so that was a big waste of hard earned money don’t buy wish they would just send me a new cover of different make
Today we installed the cover for the first time. It took my wife and I about 15 minutes with a 6 foot step ladder. It looks just like the picture with a perfect fit.

It still is working perfectly, just what we needed.
Bottom line: This is a great, inexpensive, breathable cover that appears to be custom made for RPod trailers. In my case a 180
I took away a star due to how easily the fabric can tear if you catch an edge, and how it appears to have a relatively short life when faced with constant sun exposure. Towards the end of a Utah summer the top is starting to flake. But taking the brunt of UV rays is really it's job, and replacing this cover every 1-2 years is well worth the damage to the trailer it prevents.
Can not recommend this model of cover. The polyPRO lasted about 6 months before falling apart. Thanks to Classic (not Etrailer) they did replace under warranty and recommended to purchase the next higher quality cover. The cover did fit the trailer very well.
I just installed this cover on my 2017 Jayco Hummingbird 17RB and it fit like a glove. Very happy.
We bought this cover to put on our new 17rk Hummingbird trailer last year. It is a beautiful cover and totally protects our trailer from snow and rain. Easy to put on and has great straps that go under the belly and adjust to tightening with a simple click on the straps. Soooo glad we chose this brand and bought it. It has a zippered door so we can ge in the trailer if we need to. Well worth the money!!!!
Great product. Easy to install and remove, my son-in-law covered our 20 foot R-pod 180 by himself. We left it covered all winter in Seattle Washington. Never leaked, no damage to the cover or the trailer. Easy to unzip the doorway to get into the camper. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy another if I get a different trailer.
Looks and fits great on our Rpod 179! It was easy to put on despite a snug fit. There is one bracket that sticks out on the left rear side at the top on the Rpod. The cover scraped over it, but I will make a pad to cover the bracket and protect the cover.
I love my rv cover, however, it could use thick reinforcing where the cover goes over the bumper. My cover is starting to tire after less than a year even though I put form pipe insulation on bumper corners.
It fits perfectly even with our awning. we had bought two other covers that ripped when putting on but this one has served us well.

Discover work out great for me. Extremely easy to put on 15 minutes by myself took off in spring 15 minutes again to remove. Make sure it’s dry. Fold it up. Put it in a storage bag. My little camper was great after a long, cold winter. I recommend it.
