Toady we're going to review the Curt 2 5/16 replacement ball for the Curt Double-lock Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch, and it has a 30,000 pound weight capacity. This part will replace the hitch ball that came standard with your Curt Under Bed Double-lock Flip and Store Gooseneck Trailer Hitch. Basically, this ball, you see the handle on the bottom of it It flips over, and you drop it in the hole and it will store upside down in your hitch. When you're ready to use it, you just pull up, there's a dual, double locking pin that you would pull out, pull this up, flip it over, drop it in, and put the double locking pin right back in. This has a nice, corrosion resistant chrome finish. A few specs on this, and it is stamped on the top, also if you need to know. The diameter is your standard 2 5/16 diameter, max gross towing weight capacity is 30,000 pounds, and the maximum vertical load or pin weight capacity is 7,500 pounds.

I like that when this ball is flipped in the stored position it sits lower than the bed. I also like the handle that is on the bottom because it is bigger than some of the competitors and I can actually gets my fingers under it to pull the ball out

Works as it should. However if I didn’t already have the stock receiver I would have put a turnover ball gooseneck on the truck. My old F-250 had a B&W turnover ball gooseneck in it and it was great. Didn’t have to store the ball someplace or clean out the hole ever time I need to put in the ball.
Won’t use it until next month, I already own a curt ball and it’s the best out there. One thing I have to say, shipping was amazing and was here in less than a week… thanks

product was delivered on time and quickly compared to other

I bought the C60601 25/16" ball and the C60608 chain anchors
for my '17 f350 King Ranch. If you got the picture I have put
them in a water proof hard case so they won'the rattle.
The case can't weigh more than 3# and the whole thing
weighs 19.5 lbs. They are good looking and heavy duty pieces
of equipment and would cost about 21/2 times that much
at the dealership.
I will use them for my 24ft gooseneck in hauling my tractors
and hay on occasion.
