2014 Fiat 500L
This hitch went on just as the video demonstrated it would, and is working wonderfully. The installation time was close to the estimate for me and one helper, but would have been very ambitious without the video demonstration. In our case, the installation was helped by getting the car up high enough that the bumper was at about waist height, but I think that only saved some awkwardness, and didn't make things much faster.
The video was really my favorite part of buying from etrailer, and undoubtedly saved me a great deal of time and frustration. I had it playing in the garage while installing, for reference.
As an aside, my hitch came with the bolt leaders, so the leaders I ordered were unnecessary. It would have been beastly to fish those bolts without leaders, though, and they cost so little that it is of no real concern to me to have bought them unnecessarily.

Instructions said to fish bolts through holes in bumper, but no fishwire was included. Then I found out that there is no way for the bolts and plates to fit into the holes in the bumper and exit from the expected holes, the geometry is wrong. So the instructions are wrong, and the provided parts are missing/wrong. Made what should have been a smooth install as most Curt hitches are, a terrible headache. Would not recommend this product to anyone as it is flawed and must be modified to work at all. E-mailed the company directly to address this issue, and they specifically asked me to write this review for other customers to see.

The piece was not straight, but it did straighten out once it was attached to the vehicle. The video was extremely helpful.
