Drawbar sold separately.The folks at etrailers do an amazing job. The information provided, communication throughout the process and the shipping! Shipped out on a holiday. I had the rack installed 4 biz days after placing the order. The rack is very sturdy. Only gets 4 stars because it was welded crooked or bent. Spent a lot of caveman time trying to force it over before my brain kicked in and I used a ratchet strap to pull it into position. The install is (should be) very simple. I drilled a couple holes to each side of the existing hole and bored them out for the carriage bolt. Very easy to do.
Excellent service everything went smoothly I received the trailer hitch when they said I would and the installation was quick and easy took me maybe 10-15 minutes and the cool part is that you can't really tell that you have a trailer hitch cause you just see the little square part. I am very pleased on how it turned out. I recomend this product to thise who own a Hyundai genesis coupe.
i placed an order through etrailer and received the first shipment on time as expected, though after trying to install the receiver I realized that it was for the 4 door version of my car instead of the coupe. I called them instantly and within 5 minutes of talking to their customer service i had a new receiver on the way to my door step. The customer service here is amazing and they do their best to take care of their customers. The new part was received and fit just as intended. it is high quality and looks amazing!!!! I would recommend them for any and all trailer needs.
I have a 2010 Genesis Coupe and struggled to find a quality hitch for several years now. By chance I found etrailer online and ordered a Hitch Receiver for my vehicle which was advertised as a "Custom Fit". I was sceptical to say the least, and I worried about the fitting and real quality of the unit. But I had no other options so I made the jump. Well all I can say is that this product and service was EXACTLY as advertised. The product arrived earlier than I had expected. The quality much better than I'd anticipated and the fitting was a breeze. If you have any doubts about buying a hitch on line from this company, just get over it. BTW I don't do reviews generally, but I'm so pleased I felt obliged.

Thanks for your message, and yes Im still very pleased with the product. It remains in great shape and has been perfect in every way.
This was a hitch for a 2012 genesis coupe. Included the wiring plug-n-play. Product was packaged well and arrived in excellent shape. The install was a little more difficult than others I have purchased. The brackets install behind the brackets for the muffler. Difficult to get alignment unless you're working off a lift. Electrical is a breeze.
The shipping was pretty fast!!

Coming up on two years and many many bike rides. Still holding up strong with no issues. Definitely recommend this for a genesis.
