The best trailer hitch for your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport that is going to allow you to open your rear hatch with a tilting bike rack is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75229.
As you can see by the accompanying photo, this Class III 2" trailer hitch sits well below the hatch opening of your '18 Range Rover Sport so a tilting bike rack such as the Saris SuperClamp EX 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4025F will allow you to open your hatch when it is tilted.

We have just what you need!
If your 2011 Range Rover Sport has the factory tow package with the factory 7-way connector you will just need a trailer brake controller and a plug-in wiring adapter. I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR and the adapter # RED87FR due to it being much more compact than a standard controller so it will visually change the interior of your vehicle. The plug-in adapter will plug in to the factory trailer brake controller port underneath... view full answer...
Yes we do. The fan blade part number you need is the # BVD0217-00 which is correct for the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP that you referenced. view full answer...
For your 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Sport I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75229 which has a 2x2 receiver and will work with both hybrid and standard models. I included the installation video of the Draw-Tite # 75229 being installed on a 2016 Range Rover Sport and a picture of it installed for you to take a look at.
For a ball mount I recommend going with the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts that offer 3/4 inch rise/2 inch drop,... view full answer...
The first thing you will need is a hitch, for that I would recommend the Curt Hitch part # 13456. This is a 2 inch hitch that would do a great job carrying a 4 bike rack.
Once the hitch is installed you would be able to install the Thule Hitching Post Bike rack part # TH934XTR and it would work well for you to carry up to 4 bikes. I attached a review video for you to check out.
If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be... view full answer...
On your 2011 Range Rover Sport with a completely naked roof, I recommend starting with the Thule roof rack consisting of:
-Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 60" Long - Qty 2 # TH711500
-Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # TH710501
-Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH145116
This isn't the most economical option, but I think it is the best quality for cost. This roof rack is rated for up to 130 lbs on your roof.
For your kayak, I recommend... view full answer...
The brake controller I recommend for your 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885.
This is our most popular brake controller because it is easy to install and operate. Along with the brake controller I recommend the Plug-In Wiring Adapter, part # 3035-P. To install this you simply plug one end of the adapter into the back of the brake controller and the other end into the built-in harness under the dash. The vehicle harness is normally located underneath... view full answer...
The 20 X 59 Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18150 has 11" of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the carrier . This would work great on your Land Rover.
You could also look at the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18151. view full answer...
In your tire size there really isn't a low price option. The only fit we have is the Thule K-Summit # TH02230K77 which will give you excellent traction, will install easily, and will have the best possible tire clearance but the price is probably more than what you are interested in.
For a Snow Sock that will fit we have the part # TCH74. view full answer...
I do have a solution for you but there are no trunk mount bike racks listed as a fit for the 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. What I recommend is to use multipurpose ball mount # D210. It will allow you to carry a hitch mount bike rack and tow the trailer at the same time. If you can tell me how many bikes you need to carry I can make a bike rack recommendation.
Or another option is to use a towing bike rack. There are several towing bike racks available and I have included a link to... view full answer...
You've come to the right place; we've got all the high quality parts your 2020 Land Rover Sport needs to be able to tow you Forest River travel trailer at a fraction of the cost you mentioned.
My recommendation for a trailer hitch is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13243 because of its simple installation and overall attractive appearance. It also features a superior finish, which is co-cured in a rust-resistant liquid Bonderite coating, both inside and out, and it's made in the USA.... view full answer...
The brake controller I strongly recommend for your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport with the factory tow package is from Redarc, and you'll also need the wiring harness:
- Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR
- Plug-In Wiring Harness # RED87FR
I really like the Tow-Pro Elite because of its control knob which keeps a cumbersome unit out of your Range Rover's cab, and because it gives you more control over your trailer braking power than any other brake controller.... view full answer...
Normally for the problem you are describing we recommend the # C35FR as it is designed to fix the problem you are describing, but we have found that this product does not work on Range Rovers for some reason.
The best recommendation I could make for you would be to replace the lights on your trailer with incandescent bulbs or install load resistors on the trailer lighting circuits like part # DI34ZR.
I attached a link to the right that has all of the trailer lights we offer with incandescent... view full answer...
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13243 is a fit for a 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Sport and what I recommend using. It offers bolt-on installation taking most only around an hour and it also has a hidden design which will make for the best look once installed.
I have attached an install photo for you as well. view full answer...
The Draw Tite hitch part # 75229 and the Curt hitch part # C13243 that you referenced are very similar in design. The big differences are that the Curt is made in the USA and the Draw Tite does not have the recommendation to use a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack.
Reese actually was made by same company as Draw Tite, so if you were wanting a Reese hitch the Draw Tite basically is that. view full answer...
So you referenced a 2008 Land Rover Range Rover Sport and we have a quick-install harness that fits that vehicle as long as it comes with the factory tow package. The part # 3035-P is a confirmed fit and plugs into the vehicle's wiring under the dash which will then allow you to connect a proportional brake controller like the P3 part # 90195. It would be a very painless install. view full answer...
I looked up the weight of your Sondors original fat tire e-bike and found that it weighs in at 67 lbs so for a higher capacity bike rack that fits fat tires the best solution is Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR which has an 80 lb capacity and has wheel hoops that can fit tire widths up to 5 inches. view full answer...
On your 2017 Range Rover Sport, the best option for a brake controller is the Curt Echo # C51180. This will use a factory 7-way or aftermarket 7-way for proper function.
If you have a factory 7-way, you can simply plug this brake controller into your trailer connector and you will be ready to go.
If you don't have a factory 7-way, you will need to start with a 4-way flat connection. If you don't have one, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package... view full answer...
I suspect you have a different issue causing the fish tailing or sway while you are pulling your Kendon Utility Trailer.
The main benefit of going to a load range D tire like the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10210 is the increased load rating, but since you mentioned you're under the load rating of your load range C tires I don't think you will see any benefit.
I recommend verifying that you are at 50 PSI in your tires, and ensure that you have the correct rise/drop ball... view full answer...
