Recommended Roof Rack, Kayak Carrier, and Rooftop Bike Carriers for 2011 Range Rover Sport
Question:
I have a 2011 range rover landrover sport with no existing roof rack rails. Id like to be able to carry a kayak, weighs 50 pounds, on top of the SUV. Id also like to carry up to 2 bikes on the roof as well. What is my best option, best value products? Thanks for your time.

On your 2011 Range Rover Sport with a completely naked roof, I recommend starting with the Thule roof rack consisting of:
-Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 60" Long - Qty 2 # TH711500
-Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # TH710501
-Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH145116
This isn't the most economical option, but I think it is the best quality for cost. This roof rack is rated for up to 130 lbs on your roof.
For your kayak, I recommend the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier - Folding # e98878. Then for your bikes, I recommend the Malone Pilot TC ST Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # MPG2103. These are popular and economic options that I think you'll be pleased with.
