A 205/75-15 tire is what I'd recommend. The tire would be 1 inch taller in diameter which would raise the ride height by 1/2 inch, and the tire would be about the same width as your existing tire, which is 8 inches. .
If a Load Range D tire with a 2150 lb per tire/4300 lb per axle capacity would work for you, I'd recommend the Taskmaster Provider tire, part # TR20515D.

I do have an option for you but in order to tow a fifth wheel trailer using a truck with RamBox like a 2018 Ram 3500, you'll have to go with a pin box with rotating turret as that's the only way to clear the bed sides. I have a replacement option for you, but since your axle has a 3/4" spindle it uses # LM11949 for both the inner and outer bearing and unfortunately we do not offer a hub for that bearing combination as it is pretty uncommon.
If your current hub is reuseable you can just replace the bearings using # LM11949 and Race # LM11910.

You will have to use a universal fit wire harness like the Universal Wiring Harness w/ ModuLite and Brake Controller Harness - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 22551. This will only work if both trailers have LED lights.
Also if your second trailer has electric brakes its going to be very hard to get power back to them to operate them.
