I have a replacement option for you, but since your axle has a 3/4" spindle it uses # LM11949 for both the inner and outer bearing and unfortunately we do not offer a hub for that bearing combination as it is pretty uncommon.
If your current hub is reuseable you can just replace the bearings using # LM11949 and Race # LM11910.
If your hub is needing to be replaced the best option would be to replace your current axle with one that uses a standard bearing combination to make finding replacement parts now and in the future much easier.
To determine the correct replacement axle you will need to know the axle rating rating, hub face to hub face, and spring center to spring center measurements.
For example the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 95" Long - 3,500 lbs # 7359765 has a 3500lb axle rating. The hub face to hub face measurement is 95" and the spring center to spring center measurement is 80" as shown in the included diagram.
This axle uses inner bearing # LM68149 and outer bearing # L44649 which is very common and for a 5 on 4-1/2" hub would use # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K.
If you can let me know the specs of your axle I would be happy to recommend a replacement for you.
