Usually brand name trailer manufacturers will indicate the unique vehicle identification number (VIN) on the same plaque that carries their brand name, model number information and the trailer specifications.
If you cannot find the VIN on the trailer tongue you can check for plaques on other parts of the trailer. It may even be stamped into the frame. Perhaps you can find some helping hands to assist you in moving the trailer around to check its underside (especially near the axle and... view full answer...

They do not have leaf springs that are specifically designed for boat trailers that are used in salt water. Since the leaf springs will flex there is no kind of plating or coating that will stay attached to the spring. Also, the process that is used to plate or coat a part can use high temperatures that could cause premature failure of the spring.
As long as you get the leaf springs with the correct weight rating and the correct measurements to fit your boat trailer you should have no... view full answer...

The 7-Way trailer end connector, part # PK12706, is made by Pollak.
I recommend taking a look at the demonstration video I am linking, as it goes through the steps involved in replacing an old trailer connector. You can view some additional information on wiring for towing at the provided link to our Wiring FAQ. view full answer...
Your Trailer Vin should be able to give you the year it was manufactured. If your Vin is the 17 digit traditional format post early 1980's, then the 10th digit will give you the ending digit of the year it was manufactured. I've attached a photo to assist with the code.
When you say Paris Trailer, all I can find is Paris Custom Trailers or PJ trailers, both of which are located in Paris, Texas. They may be able to assist if you don't have the 17 digit VIN.
Your final option would... view full answer...
I'd recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, part # 13354. Curt manufactures their hitches in the USA. Draw-Tite is an American owned company, but their hitches are manufactured in Mexico.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing purposes, you'll need a few more parts to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness with 4 pole trailer connector, part # 118424
Ball mount, part # 2923
Trailer ball, part # 19261 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch. view full answer...
Vin numbers are usually located on the trailer tongue near the coupler. It is normally an alpha numeric number with 17 digits and can technically be anywhere on the trailer, so you will need to examine the entire frame closely. The VIN is usually stamped into a plate that is attached to the trailer but is could be stamped in the trailer frame somewhere.
If you cannot find the VIN, your State Highway Patrol is usually the call to get an appointment for them to assign a VIN for you.... view full answer...
This connector isn't something we commonly see in the US and is a separate wiring system. This plug looks to be the trailer side connector due to the plug being a male side and vehicles are normally female connectors. If you're trying to figure out which wire is which function you'll need to test them. If this is the vehicle side you need a circuit tester. Run through your stop, turn, brake and running lights to test each function. If this is the trailer plug we go about testing it a little... view full answer...
I spoke to Trailer Valet and the 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211, as well as all their systems, is currently made in China. With that said, we have carried these for quite some time now and, personally, I have not had a single issue with one. They are definitely built well and really do make moving a trailer around a lot easier. view full answer...
The Oval, LED Trailer Utility Light, item # BUL78C3MB, is designed as an area light, more like a flood than a spot light, and would be a good choice for interior lighting in an enclosed cargo trailer. The Straight 3-Wire Pigtail, item # A45PB, can be used for wiring this light. This LED light could be spliced into the tail light circuit, so the lights can be activated with the vehicle tail lights. A switch inside the trailer would be needed so that the lights are not on when traveling down... view full answer...
I have yet to hear of any problems with a Classic Accessories cover such as # 052963733631 causing any abrasions, marring, or damage in general to a trailer. This particular cover has air vents to reduce the amount of wind that can get trapped under the cover so the movement is somewhat restricted in that regard. The polypropylene construction will be gentle on your trailer body as well.
The only part of a cover that might cause abrasions would be the zippers. But they don't really have... view full answer...
With the trailer towing up to 5,000-lbs you can replace both axles on your trailer with 2 sets of the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, part # ASR3500S04, and they will be more than sufficient. The system is designed to make the ride much smoother regardless whether you are hauling a load or not.
The progressive springs get stiffer as more weight is added but are always engaged to reduce rattle and bottoming out. The axle-less system does come with a 4-bolt brake flange installed... view full answer...
I found the answer page you are referring to where I said:
The brown/green and brown/yellow wires on your trailer are for the same running light circuit. You would need to run them both to the brown wire of the 4-way.
This particular trailer wiring setup had the brown wire (running light circuit) split off in to two wires for both sides of the trailer and they were marked yellow/brown for the left side and green/brown for the right side.
Sounds like your trailer is wired more traditionally... view full answer...
I found an online diagram for the fuse box of your 2015 Ford F-350 and according to it the trailer running light fuse is in the 26 position and takes a 30 amp fuse. It's labeled as trailer tow park lamps which may be why it was harder to track down. view full answer...

Both our Curt Trailer Hitch Receivers # C99FR & # C45CR for your 2023 Toyota Highlander are made in the USA. The # C45CR has an exposed cross tube and the strength to allow for use with a weight distribution hitch. The # C99FR has a hidden cross tube and the design prevents the use of a weight distribution hitch but is a better looking receiver if you only need to use for carrying hitch mounted accessories or towing small utility trailers.
