When installing a disc brake kit on your boat trailer I recommend staying with the original EZ-Lube grease caps, like part # RG04-040.
Bearing protectors are not recommended for use with EZ-Lube spindles because the grease zerk in the end of the spindle will interfere with the inside of the bearing protector when pressed into the hub. Grease zerks are pressed into the end of EZ-Lube spindles and are usually very hard to remove. If you were able to remove them without damaging the spindle... view full answer...

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class II - 1-1/4" # C12107 or the Draw-Tite # 36540 will fit the same way on your 2017 Toyota Avalon. You can either cut a hole for the hitch in the underbody panel or you can leave it off, but there isn't a trailer hitch receiver option that will allow you to leave the underbody panel on without trimming. view full answer...
The stabilization strap in question is # 18050. I have included a helpful link to another question and answer that contains a video that shows how the stabilization strap should be installed. The Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Cartridge Style Engine Block Heater # KH11813 that you referenced should install in the front/left core hole of the engine block in your 2008 Toyota Avalon according to my contact there. Please see the linked image.
This heater delivers 400-watts of heating to your engine's coolant for easier starting. You do not need to remove a frost plug for installation. Always be sure to unplug the heater before starting your engine and do not use a 100% antifreeze solution... view full answer...
You will only have to drill 2 of the 6 holes used for installing Draw-Tite hitch # 36293 on a 2000 Toyota Avalon. I have added a link to the instructions below for you to review.
The wiring will be done mostly in the trunk, with the exception of one wire, using kit # C59496. You will use the included scotch-locks to connect the wires on the harness to the existing tail light wires in the trunk. Included in the kit is a circuit tester to help you identify the wires you need to splice to.

You are correct, installing the Curt Class II Receiver Hitch, # C12107, on your 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid would require you to trim the heat shield and plastic underbody panel.
Draw-Tite offers a custom fit hitch for your Avalon but according to the notes, installation would still require the trimming. I have attached the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Hitch, # 36540, for you to take a look at. view full answer...
Trailer wiring harness # 118578 fits the Toyota Avalon and the RAV4 which is why you see a video for the RAV4. We haven't had the chance to install it on the Avalon.
The portion of the video showing the actual routing of the power wire is not specific to that vehicle. You can definitely use it as a guide on your Avalon. I have also included a link to the right that includes tips on routing the power wire.
Manufacturers of the wiring harnesses do not address how to get the power wire... view full answer...

The K-Source Replacement Side Mirror # KS70607T that you referenced does have puddle lights. I was able to confirm this. It does not have turn signals built into the glass and neither does any of our other options for your 2006 Toyota Avalon. view full answer...
The Optronics Sealed Micro-Flex LED Trailer Side Marker # MCL50RB referenced in your question does have polarity, but the PL-10 Plug # A46PB that you also have is designed so that it can only be plugged in one way. This is essentially how you will know which way to plug the harness into the light.
Since LEDs use diodes, if you were to somehow connect the harness backwards, the light simply would not work and you would just need to turn it around and plug it back in. On the harness itself,... view full answer...
