According to Tow Ready, the connection point is located underneath your 1994 Isuzu Trooper on the driver side between the rear wheel and bumper. The plug is hidden as it is attached to the back side of a large rubber grommet. According to the illustrations in the instructions, the grommet should also be behind or otherwise near the exhaust. I pulled the Optronics Sealed 4 Inch Round Trailer Light, # ST47RB, from the warehouse and measured the diameter of the light housing that will be recessed in the trailer. It measures 4.44 inches in diameter so a 4-1/2 inch hole should be fine.

On the E-Track # E19148 the mounting holes are 1/4 inch in diameter so you will need to have fasteners that have a head larger than that, are long enough to go through where you are mounting the track, and are appropriate for the material you are mounting the E-Track to.

It sounds like you have a 4-way connection on your vehicle and added a 7-way adapter like the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57672. Plugging your 4-way into this adapter will only give you the same functionality you had before, powering your trailer's signal lights.
