There are universal style trailer hitches that you may be able to adapt to your 1995 Isuzu Pickup, but, trailer hitch manufacturers do not make a custom fit trailer hitch for that truck.

Universal trailer hitches like the Draw-Tite Weld-on Ultra Frame Hitch, # 41990-07, have mounting brackets that fit a variety of different frame styles and are adjustable to fit different frame widths, but they do require welding to install. Because this is a universal application, it would be up to the installer to determine that the hitch is safely installed because fabrication may be required for the hitch to fit. This hitch comes with 7 inch brackets, but it is also available with 16 inch brackets as part # 41990-16.
