Will the Curt Trailer Hitch C13235 Receiver Fit a 1999 Isuzu Amigo

The hitch listed for my 2000 Isuzu Amigo is the Curt 13235. Photos on your website show a notch adjacent to the upper-most mounting hole on the passenger-side bracket on the Curt 13235. Curts website shows this same hitch with same part number without that notch see Without the notch, the hitch does not bolt-up on the passenger-side on the Amigo. Can you confirm that the Curt 13235 that you have does indeed have the notch near the upper-most hole on the passenger-side mount? Thank you!

According to the install instructions for the Curt hitch part # C13235 (that are attached), the horizontal mounting bracket of the Curt hitch part # C13235 does have the notch like our product pictures. I can assure you the hitch you order will have it and it will fit your 1999 Isuzu Amigo.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not include a ball mount with the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, check out the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.

For trailer wiring you would then want the part # 118360.
