When using an electric brake controller on a vehicle that vehicle needs to have the appropriate 7-Way trailer connector. Semi-trucks have a different type of 7-Way than recreational 7-Ways. If the trailer plugs into a regular 7-Way blade style trailer connector then the truck will have to have one.

Charging two 6 volt batteries by your alternator through your starter via a Blue Seas switch isn't going to work because 6 volt systems are not as common anymore. Blue Seas currently only offers 12 and 24 Volt switches.

The brake wire you need is terminated in a connector under the left side control panel next to the driver seat of your 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. There should be a cover on the vertical side of the panel facing the driver seat and the connector will be behind it. If your MH came with a 7-way at the rear bumper, it might possibly be pre-wired for a brake controller. I took a look at the installation instructions for the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer for Class A Motor Homes # RM-RSSA that you mention, and it yes you will need to make sure the front wheels are facing forward prior to attaching # RM-RSSA.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14250 that you referenced does mount on the inside of the trailer frame, but it does require bolts to be run through from the outside of the frame (see attached picture).
You will need to make sure that you have room on your frame as this is the best option for you. The only other options mount on the outside of the frame on your 2003 Freightliner Sprinter.

According to Curt Manufacturing, the # 14250 Class IV receiver can be installed on the 140 inch single (not dual) rear wheel model without the need to relocate the spare tire. It is only the 118 inch wheelbase models that would require the spare tire to be relocated.
