I was able to go out to our demonstration bay and test fit the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR37GR with some of the Thule roof bike racks and ski racks for you. I found that the racks like the # TH95JV and # TH7326 are compatible with the Rhino Vortex Aero bars as well as the Thule Aeroblade crossbars.
I also found that the T-slot in the Rhino-Rack bar is compatible with the T-slot accessory option that the Thule roof mounted accessories like the # TH95JV has.

The correct fit kit to mount the (discontinued) Thule Rapid Traverse foot pack TH480R to your 2015 Subaru WRX is the discontinued part THKIT1649. Thule has been doing a complete remake of their products and so basically all of their roof rack and bike racks have been changed to a newer style that better accommodates newer vehicles. I reached out to my contact at Thule to see if the newer fit kit will work with the Rapid Traverse foot pack but he said that none of those parts are interchangeable.

For your application with the EcoHitch # 306-X7257 I recommend using the Hollywood Racks Road Runner 5 Bike Carrier # HR520.
This isn't a platform rack and as such only weighs 37-1/2 lbs; the pin system on this is a standard locking pin which will be simple to install. Just make sure you install the pin prior to cranking down on the anti-rattle handle at the front.
