I already have a fatcat 6 ski rack that I picked up. If I bought a rhino rack system for 2015 Subaru wrx, will the fat cat 6 ski rack fit the rhino rack with vortex aero crossbars? And what size windshield fairing should I get as well?

The Yakima Fat Cat 6 Locking Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Carrier has mounting hardware that will fit all crossbar shapes up to maximum bar dimensions of 3-7/16 wide x 1-3/4-inches tall. This size range accommodates almost all factory and aftermarket roof rack bars. Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero crossbars are 3-1/8 wide x 1-3/16-inches tall so they're a great fit.
For your 2015 Subaru WRX your Vortex rack options are shown on the linked page. All racks fit the sedan with a bare roof. Both silver and black rack options are shown.
Roof rack fairings are generally not used with aerodynamic-shape crossbars. Round and square bars generate the most noise and fairings like # RRRF2 are most commonly used on those bar types, but not the aero style. Still, if you wanted to add one this 38-inch fairing model would fit 46-inch Vortex bars # RRVA118B-2.
We also have 44-inch fairing # RRRF3 and 50-inch version # RRRF4.
