While the Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack # C18013 only requires 1-1/2" or space on the shank for it to fit (so it will fit your Excali-Bar III # DM9511013) I am not sure about your bikes being able to fit in-between your motorhome and Jeep.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55124 will work as a 4-flat connector and plugs into your Jeep's existing wiring.
