The Draw-Tite # 24983 has a maximum tongue weight of 200-lbs, but your 2020 Toyota Corolla may have a slightly lower tongue weight and when towing/carrying items on the hitch you're always limited to the lowest rated component in the setup. Curt measures rise differently and everyone else just goes by the specs Curt provides. All of our rise and drop measurements are taken the same way (unless otherwise noted). Curt estimates rise and drop. We measure from the top of the receiver opening to provide the exact. So from the top of the receiver opening to the top of the ball platform it is 5-3/8 inches when ball mount # C45028 is in the rise position and 6 inches in the drop position.

In general we have lower weight capacities for vehicles here in the US when compared to other countries. Most agree it's because we are a bit more lawsuit happy than other countries. That said for your 2009 Toyota Corolla the highest capacity hitch we have has a 2,000 lb total trailer weight capacity and a 200 lb tongue weight capacity like the Draw Tite part # 24913.

I spoke with my contact at Sportrack and he informed me that the front bar scale to use is 16 inches, the rear is 14 inches.
