The Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier # TH911XT has a total weight capacity of 105 lbs, but that's for all 3 bikes. When we break that down it comes out to 35 lbs per bike which is standard for trunk mount bike racks.
For your E-Bike you're going to need to install a trailer hitch on your 2016 Toyota Corolla and go with a hitch mount bike rack.
I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24913 and then using the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Bike Rack # HLY74FR. This bike rack has an 80 lb per bike weight capacity which should work for your application once you remove the battery off of your bike.
Aside from this your only other option is to install the wiring # 118405 and then get a ball mount/hitch ball (see linked) so you can transport your bike in a trailer.
