There are a total of 6 bolts that thread into the factory weldnuts on a 2003 Saturn Vue to install trailer hitch # e98865 as well as 2 carriage bolts and matching nuts that fit other places on the hitch. The bolts that fit the weldnuts are M12x1.75x40mm.

You are correct the instructions for the Rola TX-103 3 Bike Carrier 59403 see link, state that the bikes should not exceed 80 lbs. Most adult bikes will weigh in at 25 to 35 pounds so it will depend on the model of the bikes you wish to carry, if the rack would be compatible.

I went out to the warehouse and grabbed one of the 6-Pole Square Trailer Wiring Connectors, item # 37995, and all of the wires are the same 18 gauge wires. I agree with you that a larger wire would be the best way to go for installation of a power wire to a trailer. All of the trailer tires that we carry are rated for 65 miles per hour. This is regardless of construction (radial or bias). But I do recommend radial tires because they run cooler and track better than bias ply tires. Bias ply tires are better for off road applications where you would be doing most of the travel off the beaten path. You must have a Class II bike rack because when I measured the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the tab stop on a Class I Draw-Tite hitch it was 1-13/16 inches. On the vehicle, measure from the ground up to the top of the receiver opening. On the trailer, make sure that it is level and measure from the ground up to the bottom of the coupler.
