The Rack and Roll trailers, like the 66 inch long model # Y08106, are rated to tow at normal highway speeds. As always, exceeding posted speed limits is not recommended, especially when towing.

You must have a Class II bike rack because when I measured the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the tab stop on a Class I Draw-Tite hitch it was 1-13/16 inches. You could instead use Curt hitch # C11112 for your 2008 Saturn Astra. But if you went that route then Curt requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for a bike rack per their warranty requirements.
