The only reason the holes of the Draw Tite part # 75280 wouldn't line up with the frame holes of your 2006 Honda Ridgeline would be if it was bent in shipping which is unfortunately something that happens periodically. This Roadmaster Trailer Hitch Extension # RM-071 would not be the correct hitch extension for you. You might be able to use an 8 Inch Hitch Extender for 2 inch hitches # e88YR. However, you should note that if you use a hitch extender you essentially cut the towing capacities of the hitch in half.

I pulled one of the Tekonsha Voyager brake Controllers, part # 39510 from our warehouse to take a measurement for you. The wire that exits the back of the brake controller measures 8 inches from the back of the unit to the end of the connector.

I have a solution for you, but the Thule Hullavator # TH898 requires approximately 28.5" of bar space for each one, so it's going to be a bit of a tight squeeze on the 65" bars of the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack # MPG203 to mount two of them. The Hullavator also requires 4"-8" of space outside of each foot pack to avoid contact with the vehicle.
