I recommend the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57672, 4-Way to 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat. What I like about this is that it provides you the needed 7 way but extends out the existing 4 way making both available. Please note that while this will allow the 7 way to plug into vehicle it will still only support the lighting functions of the 4 way. You will want to use the Demco SBS Wireless Coachlink # SM99945 with the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 to receive notifications inside your motorhome. Unfortunately there are no suspension enhancements available for the 2019 Chevy Equinox that would help combat rear end sag on your vehicle while carrying these heavy bikes. I would also add that using a hitch extender like the # HE06 often times reduces the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle by 50%, so you'll want to make sure that you're not overloading the vehicle's capacity when carrying these bikes.

I have a solution for you, but 7 x 15 is not a common sized tarp from what I was able to determine. I recommend using the Erickson Brown/Green Reversible Tarp # EM57033 . This tarp has grommets every 3' along the edges as well as on the corners and measures 12' wide x 16' long. Since nobody makes a 5-way vehicle to 7-way trailer adapter you will have to put a custom one together. You could use the # A10-7084VP for the 7-way and then connect the # HM47910 on the other end. Since you won't be using the blue brake output wire or the black 12V power wire you can simply tape them off. However, you will still need to attach the ground wire. That means this is going to be more of a permanent installation, not exactly your traditional plug and play adapter.

Your 2013 Chevrolet Equinox uses a type 921 backup light bulb. The Hopkins product you reviewed, part # HM20101VA, is a replacement for the type 3156 bulb. My contact at Hopkins advises that they do not offer an audible alarm replacement bulb for the 921 type.
I also checked with two other suppliers of aftermarket lighting products, Putco and Optronics, and neither of these suppliers offers a 921 replacement bulb with alarm.
