Some of the measurements of the Curt hitch, part # C13097, were a little tricky because the mounting holes towards the rear of the vehicle are not level with the holes towards the front. The easiest, the size of the receiver tube top to bottom, is 3 inches.
From the top of the mounting holes closest to the rear of the vehicle to the bottom of the receiver are 7-1/4 inches. Those same holes to the top of the receiver tube is about 4 inches.

Yes, it is. The Jensen LED 12V RV TV item # JTV1917DVDC has an HDMI port in the back which is what you will need to connect a Firestick or ROKU. You'll definitely need to use that HDMI extension cord that comes with the Firestick though. There's a short space between the port and the bottom of the TV.
