I was able to measure the Adco RV Windshield Cover # 290-2411 and get some approximate measurements for you. It is a little difficult to get exact measurements though since everything is rounded and contoured to a windshield/side windows shape.

The overall length along the top is 117-1/2", the overall length along the bottom is 161-1/2".
The overall height for the side window portionas are 23" while the overall height for the windshield is 29".
Yes, this has been confirmed to fit a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Van like what you have.
