I don't have any advice, exactly, but the back-up sensor plug that mates with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118760 on your 2016 Honda Pilot should be directly next to the plug for the main harness. I've used the Saris SuperClamp EX 4 # SA4026F and it's not my first choice, but it still is a good rack. If you're wanting a rack that I would choose over the Saris, I would go with the Kuat NV 2.0 # BA22B-BA02B. I like the way it looks more than the Saris option but the Kuat also has different colors. Take a look at your existing 7-way, you'll need to stick your head under the rear bumper so you can see the rear of the connector. If the factory tow package harness can be unplugged from the rear of the 7-way (see photo), then I'd recommend using a T-connector like # 118384.
