The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118670 that you recently installed is actually not a fit for your 2013 Infiniti JX35. The harness will physically install just fine, as you found, but the JX35 is missing an additional factory jumper harness that is needed to activate the turn and stop light signals. This explains why you aren't getting these signals to work on the connector.

For your 2013 Infinity JX35, the Curt wiring harness # C56281 you referenced is the correct fit for a factory replacement. The relays you need to install are not in the 6x6 fuse box according to my tech contact but rather in the small box by the firewall that is about 1-1/2 by 6 inches and has a black cover you will remove.
