Today were reviewing part number CAM 22783 from Camco. This is a freshwater hose for your RV. Its 25 feet long and it allows you to pump freshwater into your RV for drinking. The hose is resistant to kinks and its free of harmful BPA, so you know youll have safe drinking water. 25 feet long, the internal diameter is five eighths of an inch. There you have it for part number CAM 22783, the Camco RV freshwater hose.

Fittings are strong, hose is flexible no chemical taste when the water sits in the hose for awhile. Last one I purchased lasted about 4-5 seasons.

@Kevin I hate to hear that it had been kinking after a year. I do have a few suggestions that may help. One would be to make sure the hose is being stored out of the sun as the UV rays will degrade a hose. The second thing would be to shut off the water and bleed the water in the hose before it is coiled up for storage.

Thus far, works as a hose is to. However, when rolled up, tends to kink badly, kinks come out when pressurized, but concern is the kinks will
cause premature failure in the kinked area. Have to wait and see.

- Connecting Two Water Hoses Together Since the Camco RV Drinking Water Hose # CAM22783 has both standard male and female hose fittings (like a typical garden hose) two can be connected together by joining one male and one female end to have a double-length hose with one male end and one female end available for connections. If your set-up requires joining two of the same connector then you would need a male-to-male adapter or a female-to-female adapter that is rated for use with drinking water.
