Very easy to set up. The provided pump worked quickly and it was surprisingly quiet compared to my other mattress pumps! As for the mattress, I was surprised that I couldn’t feel the seat angle underneath me! Especially since the rear seats angle up slightly. I’m 5’9 and of course I didn’t expect to stretch out fully but with my legs slightly bent I was very comfortable and I’m a side sleeper anyway so it’s no big deal. I did not clip the base and mattress together. I found it difficult and unnecessary, at least for now. Now I haven’t slept on it yet, but I’ll report back if there are issues! So far, I’m pleasantly surprised.1393676

So far I've used it once but the material feels tough yet soft enough to sleep right on top of it. Fit very well but had to move passenger seat up slightly, my wife likes to sit all the way back unless someone is in back behind her. My only issue was that the pump it came with has a short cord, my GMC plug is in the center the console and didn't reach when support and mattress were laid out in backseat. I bought an extender and that solved the problem with that pump. However, the pump that came with the bed mattress I bought has a really long cord and is same pump as both mattress are AirBedz brand.1682634

Just like the reviews I read, it started leaking on the SECOND use! Their included patch kit sucks. I used my own rubber and special glue and it worked. I am not confident that it will not leak in the future. I almost would rather my money back that HOPE it doesn't leak when I need it.1736262

The Pittman Mattress for a full size truck was as easy to assemble and inflate as it could be. I literally unfolded it and attached the base to the top and plugged the electronic pump and within moments fully inflated and fit perfectly in the back of my Dodge Ram full-size truck. Door to Door and back of seat the back of the front seats. The base supports the top perfectly. What made this purchase even better was the ease that etrailer had on their site and ordering form the specific vehicle I have. I am 6’3” and absolutely needed a mattress that would both fit my truck and myself for a good night sleep. The shipment came in less then 24 hours. I’m in the Midwest and so is etrailer. Awesome product and great customer service!! I am heading to the Smokey mountains as well as Stone Mountain in GA from there camping in the Florida keys will have me enjoying this mattress over the next few weeks. 790867

Volvo Cross Country

The mattress has worked out great for our cross country trips. It is good quality and material and doesn't lose air. It provides a nice comfy surface for taking naps and creates a great area for the dog while traveling.1666191

Thank you to the team there that noticed I selected priority shipping and processed the order and even upgraded the delivery so I would have it faster! They even emailed me on a Sunday to let me know. Fantastic customer service. My son was very happy with the birthday gift and fits in his truck well. He plans to use it this next weekend while wheeling at Brown's Camp in Oregon.

This is a 2 esge sword review because as long as it held air in this thing was wonderful. But it held air for one month and needed a patch, then about a week and needed a patch, then about a day and I was done patching it. I bought an entire new one from a different retailer and had a similar result. I finally gave up and built a steel frame and put a regular mattress in my truck. I just don’t think it’s built for the rigors of daily use. Periodical use it would probably be fine. It was quite comfortable to sleep on.1480161

This product was easily assembled, installed and took a five hour trip with our 100lb pup riding comfortably on it. We did cover the surface with a blanket for added protection from his nails. So far its holding the air ok , but I am having to inflate it ever week . I don't know if that is the standard for this product or not !I believe I shouldn't have to every week . It fits well. Had no issues keeping it inflated. It is much more comfortable than trying to sleep in the back seat. I’m 6’1 and 205 pounds. I don’t know how other people that reviewed it that are taller than me can be comfortable. While I find it far better than the seat I cannot stretch out on it. I use it in my 2017 Tundra access cab. I still have to keep my knees bent. That’s not an issue of the product. The truck isn’t wide enough.

I’ve used it quite a bit and it was working fine. Just last weekend I used it and woke up to find the support block had deflated on me. I’m not sure if it has a puncture or if the inflation plug had worked itself out. I need to re-inflate it and check it out. Other than that it’s been working great.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some other reviews for this and similar products, but this held up perfectly on a 2100 mile roundtrip. Never deflated, even under 200 lbs. Would recommend for anyone needing a solid inflatable mattress for a long trip.617003

The mattress is nice but the customer service is even better. The air pump that came with the mattress did not work. I contacted customer service and the issue was promptly taken care of. Thank you very much customer service!1407691

It's very comfortable, but I was just a little disappointed on the two locking systems, they should have been facing opposit of each other to lock it together better, just like the Airbedz I have for my truckbed that came with a tail gate extension which the female clasp faces always from each other so it doesn't disconnect from each other easy. Instead its facing the same way, don't understand why they made it different, maybe it's to be able to remove it faster. Either way i feel they should have kept the locking system the same way as they did on the Airbedz, so it doesn't come off as easy, which can be a pain when putting it in the backseat at times, but not all the times, my pillow did come defective, it wasn't glued correctly on the outer seem, I'm not giving it a bad review because of it, things do happen at time on the Manufacturing end, so as soon as I heard air was leaking from the pillow I called customer service which were very friendly and helpful when I told her I had a problem she ordered me a new one right away. I will definitely do more business with etrailer for having great customer service that's for sure. Well my overall feeling on this backseat air mattress is I do like it a lot, and sure it could use a little more improvements on the locking system but all in all it's not a bad deal for the price and I'm sure after hearing some of our complaints they will make it even better. I purchased this mattress to use at out 4H State Horse Show. It worked excellent. I also just use to make a tag team trip to SC from PA. We drove all night taking turns napping in the back on the mattress. Highly recommend. High quality materials.1396314

The bed is well constructed and holds air, as well as being made out of durable material. It only took a few minutes to set up my first time around. Now, I will caveat this next part with I have only been camping once with this product so far. I am 6' tall and if you are taller you may want to think real hard about this unless you want to sleep curled up all night. Lying on my side was perfectly comfortable though and the bed was level but it is impossible to stretch out so I often woke up to change position. like any camping method though I am sure it will just take time to adapt to (I hope). As far as break down and storage, it was just as easy as set up. The air pump provided does exactly what its supposed to do and inflates/deflates the bed quickly.776799
