I recommend using the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75679 and the T-One Wring # 118472 for your 2019 Ford Flex. This gives you a Class III hitch as well as wiring to run the basic light functions on your trailer.

The trailer you're wanting to tow will dictate what trailer connector is needed. If your trailer has electric brakes, you'll need to install a brake controller to actuate them.

Great question, and the parts you listed are all indeed compatible with each other and fit your 2019 Ford Flex. Ford used two different connectors on the 2015 Flex for some reason. You'll need to locate the connector under the dash and examine the wires entering the plug from the rear. If these wires are all in one row, you'll need the # HM47855 wiring adapter harness.
