Which fuses do I need to bypass to tow 2010 Ford Flex Limited front wheel drive. Which by passes do I need?

It doesn't look like you have to pull any fuses to flat tow your 2010 Ford Flex. But I do recommend consulting the owners manual to confirm. There are currently no fuse bypasses listed for your vehicle most likely because no fuses have to be pulled.
