• I checked and double checked and Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75679 is listed as a fit for all models of the 2013 Ford Flex, including single exhaust, dual exhaust, and EcoBoost models. The reason you only see single exhaust models in our pictures is just because we have not had one come it with dual exhaust to have the hitch installed.
