Based on my research the four rear sensors on your 2019 Ford EcoSport are located along the bumper beneath the hatch. With this in mind your best bet to try and avoid too much interference will be with a hanging-style rack that features a center vertical mast. The rack itself won't block the sensors at all, as they are spaced apart so that the center mast would extend upward between them.
