On the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Shank # FA92-02-4213 the drop position from the top to the center of the first hole is 1-11/16 inches and in the rise position the same measurement is 1-5/8 inches. Error on the picture below it is suppose to say 1-11/16 not 1-1/16.

I took a look at the 2022 Dodge Durango R/T owner's manual and it looks like the Mopar 82216418AA harness will be required for your electric power steering. This is something you will have to acquire from your local dealer. I recommend checking your manual or asking the dealer to verify this information. I have a solution for you, but there is not a package with all of these parts offered so you'll need to get the individual parts. I'm also skeptical that there is room to fit a 7 way trailer plug in the opening left by removing the knockout panel; the 4 way fits without issue, but you'll likely need to find a mounting location below the bumper for the 7 way connector because of its' size.

You can use a solenoid like the Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201 which will keep your trailer from draining your vehicle battery while connected. This will isolate your trailer battery from the tow vehicle battery so power only flows from the tow vehicle battery when you are using the vehicle.
