To add a 7-way to your 2018 Dodge Durango without a factory towing package you'll need a couple parts. The first is a 4-way, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118617.
After that you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7, which will give you the 7-way connector (which plugs into the 4-way), circuit breakers and the rest of the hardware needed for a functioning 7-way. To complete your towing set up you will need a few more parts for your 2018 Dodge Durango, including a hitch and brake controller.
