I spoke with a representative from Rocky Mounts. He told me the RockyMounts BrassKnuckles Roof Mounted Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Black, part # RKY1201, can carry bikes with wheelbases up to 48" in length. So this bike rack will not be compatible with your bike with a 49" wheelbase.

The correct trailer hitches for your 2005 Toyota Camry are the Draw-Tite # 36336 and Curt # C12339. You can add lights to your Camry that is on a tow dolly, but there isn't a conversion kit or anything of the sort. The only thing that you can do is add tow bar wiring such as the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152, cutting off the 4-way from the tow dolly and connecting all of the wires inside a junction box like # 38656.

The only way to transport a tadpole trike and a recumbent bike at the same time is to use the part # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP for carrying the trike and then use the roof rack bike rack for recumbents part # TH558P.

Hitch rattle isn't a super common issue but there are some easy ways to relieve the noise. The easiest solution is to bend the exhaust hanger up so that the muffler sets further above the hitch.
If bending the hanger does not provide a solution, another option is to try and replace the rubber exhaust isolater with a shorter isolater. The shorter isolater will help raise the tailpipe up futher away from the hitch.

I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Saris SuperClamp EX 2 # SA4025F does not work with Class I hitches. This is because Class I hitches have a weld stop in the hitch to prevent users from using accessories that are not rated for those hitches.
