Transmission coolers are not so much vehicle specific as they are size specific. You basically just want the biggest transmission cooler that you can get to fit in the space in front of your radiator especially since you are bypassing your radiator cooler.

The best place to mount the Derale Transmission Cooler # D13502 on your 2006 Cadillac CTS is directly behind the front grill and in front of the radiator and A/C condenser. It looks like you will have to remove the front grille or at least the core support cover in order to get an accurate available space measurement.
