Replacement Trailer Hitch Install Hardware for Curt Hitch for 2013 Cadillac CTS

Question:

Hi, I need a fishwire hardware kit for your Curt trailer hitch for a 2012 Cadillac CTS Wagon with the 7/16 inch carriage bolts and rectangular steel anti-rotation pieces that hold the side mounts secure. The bolts are rotating and I suspect the installer did not put the anti rotation parts in when the hitch was installed. Can you help me? The rear most hitch tabs have failed from overloading and I need to remove the hitch and weld it back together.
