The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11496 measured in at 10" to the top of the receiver from the ground when we installed it on a 2013 Honda Accord sedan at our shop. Be aware that this height can vary slightly as suspension systems do tend to sag over time. There are only Class I Hitches available for the 2010 Honda Accord. The hitch manufacturers do testing for safety and have found that the 2010 Accord can only safely carry up to 200 pounds of tongue weight.
The reason that only two bikes are recommended, on a hitch mounted bike rack, for Class I hitches is that the added torque applied to the hitch and vehicle frame will be too great for the setup, and will eventually if not immediately, cause damage to the hitch or the vehicle frame.... view full answer...

Because the vehicle is wider at one end, the bars are different lengths. One is 1,015mm or 39.9 inches long. The other bar is 985mm or 38.8 inches long.

The Curt trailer hitch part # C11681 that you referenced has a 2,000 lb trailer weight capacity which means it would easily handle the weight of a 1,100 lb total trailer. Per manufacturer's guidelines, the towing capacity of your 2015 Honda Accord EX-L with one passenger in the vehicle is rated at 1,000 lbs. whereas the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch is rated for a maximum 2,000 lbs. of gross trailer weight (GTW) and 200 lbs. of tongue weight (TW). With trailer tires you have to always keep them inflated to their max pressure to ensure the tire has it's full weight capacity and also to prevent heat build up. I know it's tempting to lower the psi to see if that helps the trailer's ride quality but you will end up with tire failure most likely if you do so.

The Curt # C11525 class I hitch you'd looked at has a 2000 lb towing/200 lb tongue weight capacity, so the hitch could handle it perfectly. However, Honda lists the towing capacity of the 2020 Accord as being limited to 1000 lbs per the owner's manual, which puts you about 200 lbs over.
