What is the Length and Bar Spread of Rola Roof Rack 59757 for a 2010 Honda Accord
Question:
What is the crossbar length and separation for a 2010 Honda accord. Is this suitable for carrying a 15 foot canoe with a fore and aft tie down. Rola 59757

Helpful Expert Reply:
The bar spread of Rola roof rack 59757 is 27-1/2 inches (measured from the center of one bar to the center of the other bar).
Because the vehicle is wider at one end, the bars are different lengths. One is 1,015mm or 39.9 inches long. The other bar is 985mm or 38.8 inches long.
You can carry a 15 foot canoe on this rack provided that the canoe is within the capacity of the 2010- Honda Accord roof (check owners manual and/or Honda).
For a canoe carrier I recommend the simple Yakima KeelOver, # Y04069.
