I would first consult the installer of the bedliner and find out how thick the liner you are having installed would be. From the information I have been able to find, most of the bedliners whether rolled on or sprayed on would be about the thickness of a dime or less. I recommend you remove the hitch and bed rails and plug the attach holes so that they are not covered with the bedliner material when it is applied. In order to find the correct replacement hub for your trailer you will need to find the inner and outer bearing numbers and the seal number. The 8-135 you see stamped is the casting number and really does not give us the information we need to find the hub that will fit your spindle.
