There is no speed rating for wheels such as the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod # AM20742. The speed rating has to do with the tires; for example the Taskmaster ST235/80R16 # TTWTRTM2358016E that fits 16 inch wheels with a load range capacity of E has a max speed of 81 mph.

The Dexstar Wheel # AM20742 itself doesn't have a max psi rating. This will just depend on the valve stem that's used. If you add the Valve Stem # AM20907 it'll have a max 100 psi.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
