We have an option for you so you can know exactly what the tongue weight on your RV is, but because they come in so many shapes and sizes, and because how a trailer is loaded can make the tongue weight vary significantly, a guesstimate is not something you'll want to rely on by any means.
That said, generally it's somewhere in the range of 10 percent to 15 percent, but I very strongly recommend verifying any tongue weight with a simple tongue weight scale:

After 15-20 minutes of no movements the Tekonsha P3 like most brake controllers, will go into a sleep mode. While in the sleep mode, the controller will draw a minuscule amount of voltage that is nowhere near enough to run down the battery even after several weeks.

To ensure that you will be fine after adding the camera and the 12V fans, you will want to verify the amperage draw on the fuse protecting your vehicle's 12V power wire in the towing package. Then you will want to determine the amp draw of the 12V fans and the camera to make sure that they will not exceed the fuse's amp draw.
Typically vehicle's have a 40 amp fuse protecting their trailer wiring 12 V power wire.

If you plan to tow a variety of trailers including those with couplers that accept 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, 2-5/16 inch balls, along with trailers that have a lunnette ring, spade, or clevis, then this is the ball mount for you. The Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 6K GTW, 600 TW # RP66558 does require a 1/2 inch socket or use the wrench for the head assembly tilt and the bracket hardware. Typically, you'll want to use trailer tires only on a travel trailer but the exception would be some of the larger sizes, like 15 or 16 inch. It's fairly common to use Light Truck tires for the larger sizes because they're more readily available than trailer tires in that size are.
I'd recommend you find the ID tag on your travel trailer, which will list the recommended tire size. If they recommend 235/75-15LT, then your current size truck tire is just fine. view full answer...

You could certainly install the # W01-1573 heating cable in the manner you described. It would do a great job on the supply line, but how effective it would be on the tank will depend on the tank's capacity and size. Unfortunately, Valterra couldn't provide a 'rule of thumb' on the size of tank this particular set up would be best with.

The 7-way type trailer wiring format does include enough circuits for all the trailer lights, 12V auxiliary power for a trailer-mounted battery and for trailer brakes. On a 7-way socket the trailer brake signal is carried on the contact at the 5-o-clock position. The Limited 2-year warranty on trailer tire # AM10235 covers the tire construction, workmanship. But if it fails because something is wrong with the tire the warranty would not cover damage or harm caused to you, the vehicle or others. Your insurance company would be the one to call on that.
It would be hard to determine if a blowout was caused by workmanship or materials or an act of God, nail in the road, excessive heat and so on.

In 4-pole flat type trailer wiring such as part # 002220 the tail light circuit (also known as the running light circuit) is usually assigned to the brown wire which connects to the pin next to the ground pin. You can see this in the photo I linked for you.

You're right.
Any lock can be defeated by a thief with the time and sometimes the tools to do so. Locks are primarily included on items like bike racks to act as deterrents. In other words, to an extent they "work" sometimes just by encouraging the thief to take another bike that will be easier to steal than yours. Bolt cutters, hack saws and other tools can make short work of stealing a bike or a bike rack or both. There is, sadly, no such thing as "theft-proof".

To get a rack that fits your 2017 Toyota 4Runner with a black finish, I recommend the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, as well as locks # TH450400. With a brake controller like the Primus IQ, part # TK90160 on your 2011 4Runner, the hazard flasher immunity is no issue since the 4Runner has separate stop and turn signals. I called my contact at Tekonsha and they said there were problems several years ago when flashers were used but it would not be problem with the newer brake controllers.
