I took a look at an online copy of the owner's manual for your 2016 Ram 3500 and it did not specify the 12 volt terminal for your 7-way. However, it did specify "Trailer Tow Receptacle" in Cavity F30 in the Power Distribution Center in the engine compartment which seems is the likely fuse you are looking for. The Covercraft Carhartt Seat Covers are excellent products but they do have the potential to cause discoloration of the truck's fabric. This is really going to be the case with any type of seat cover depending on the color you choose. This is why Covercraft actually doesn't recommend using dark-colored covers on light-colored interiors.

We have an anti-rattle hitch lock designed specifically as a fit for Hollywood Rack bike racks. For that you'd want the Hollywood Racks Threaded Hitch Lock # HRLHPT. The HitchMate hitch lock part # HE6001 that you referenced is designed for a different brand of bike rack and would not fit.

Lance does have a proprietary plug, but many customers see a standard 6-way or 7-way round and notice it doesn't fit their factory 7-way as well. I've attached an article to help if you have one of the 7-way or 6-way round connectors which we do have adapters for. If you have a 7-way round, then you will use adapter # 47595. He said while they don't offer anything for this purpose they are perfectly okay with somebody using a locking hitch pin in place of the coupler pin that's installed to secure the base to the gooseneck ball.
