The best way to find the correct replacement bearings is to get the numbers stamped on the inner and outer bearings that are on the trailer. With those you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals.

According to Dexter, the nut should be torqued to between 45-70 foot lbs. If you don't have a torque wrench close at hand, Tighten the bolts until the lock washer flattens, which will put you really close to the correct torque.

When considering a different tire size for your trailer you will want to make sure you have the clearance you need for wider or taller tires. Since you said you have 205/75-15 tires, going to a larger tire like a 225/75-15 will be a bigger diameter of about an inch. When checking for clearance it is always best to have a minimum of 3-inches clearance from the top of the tire to the fender because of tire deflection.
