Are Wheel/Tire Assemblies Pre-Balanced
Question:
Do these need to be balanced or do they come already balanced? Thank you

When we order the # AM32161 Kenda wheel/tire combo from our distributor, it is not balanced and we do not have the equipment here to do so.
You can certainly have the wheels balanced if you wish, but because trailers don't have a steer or drive axle, in many cases balancing them isn't necessary.
I've linked to a product description video for the # AM32161 wheel/tire combo.
